I can't get a clean file even after completing the changes in the preference. they keep coming up corrupted

Thanks for your reply.
I have done all that but I keep getting a corruption error 13657 11689 when I log back in. As soon as I click into any employee categories it comes up with the above error

Hi Darren,
Welcome to the Reckon Community,
Errors that occur on upgrade (and not related to 2016's Super in Employee Defaults error) are best fixed by correcting them in the previous version first, and then upgrade the clean file.
If that does not work for you please call Technical Support for further one-to-one assistance.

I too have had issues with 2016 and employee default super, however once I identified the problem I removed the default super, rebuilt the data file and hey presto all is back to normal without having to restore the 2015 file.
