Budgets

I have deleted all existing budgets and rebuilt data. No budgets are visible, however, when I export budgets to IIF files there is an old budget from 12/13. How can I delete this old budget

all budget data is removed when you use the clean up function, if you do not wish to remove any data, set the date earlier than the first transaction.
