Install reckon accounts 2016 on new computer - new user or upgrade user?

I have Reckon accounts 2015 on my old computer. I have just prucased a new computer. I want to install Reckon 2016 to the new computer and transfer the company file from old computer to new computer. When I tried to install Rsckon accounts 2016, it asked "new user" or "upgrade user". Which shoud I choose? Many thanks
