reckon accounts personal plus 2016 back up files

I am trying to send my accountant a copy of my Reckon Accounts Personal Plus file for end of tax year processing and tax return completion. She has a copy of Reckon and should be able to open the  RKN file but can't. Can anyone tell me how to make a copy of my files so she can open them on her computer?
