My Reckon Accounts 2016 will not download Telstra share prices for a recent purchase. Yet the code is OK. They were previously in the system when I purchased them in 2000 and the download worked perfectly. Now nothing happens.
I have checked the code in the Look-up table but nothing happens. I have checked eveything else including the purchase date etc.
