Best timing on changing from Personal Plus to Home & Business

Our Personal Plus 2017 subscription is due to be paid at the end of January.

Because my spouse is expanding her counselling business I intend to change/upgrade to Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2017.

Q. 1. Do I need to let Reckon know I won't be renewing R.P.P. for the above reasons?

Q. 2.  Is it safe to wait a few days past the end of the month (if I needed to) to purchase H & B?

Q. 3. Will the import of my Personal Plus files go smoothly?

Q. 4. Will I need to uninstall my current Personal Plus software before I install Home & Business?

I have already downloaded the Home & Business trial version onto a second computer, and don't foresee too much of a problem. Suggestions and soothing words welcome
