Can someone please tell me if it is possible to import transactions (not lists) into Reckon Accounts Hosted? If so, how do I go about this most easily. In today's market this should be possible, shouldn't it?

On the Reckon Accounts help when you look up import data - excel file it only shows how to import lists of accounts, customers, suppliers and items. Am I not searching for the right thing?

If you look at importing lists it provides you with the format for iif files which you can create in Excel.0

It might be possible to convert these files to .iif format to import into Reckon. There are commercial conversion tools out there and one you could try is https://www.propersoft.net/csv2iif/ which i think allows you to trial it. I am sure there are plenty of others around though and whether this or any of them work i have no idea sorry but I do know that Reckon imports usually need to be in .iif format.0

Yes shane that is correct. I have done this myself. There is commercial software out there and it is most usually written for the US version so it wont work in Australia. I trialled one back in 2004 but I couldnt make it work.1

Please try CSV2QIF at https://www.propersoft.net/csv2qif/ it has special QIF target for Reckon. IIF files are for Quickbooks. ProperSoft males converter from 2009.
