Custom Filters on Supplier/Customers pages

Hi, am new to Reckon and are using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2017, is there any way we can create custom filters on the supplier/customer pages? like the blue and red circled areas on image? We would like to have a custom date filter such as 'last two months' etc.

Hello Rick
what i'm wanting is to see all the unpaid invoices for a certain supplier or customer. Or to see the transactions for the last two months. Basically i want to be able to customise these filters. Or is this not available and there is somewhere else to get this info. thanks

Hi Maria,

There are several ways to see this information. For unpaid balances for either customer or supplier run a Report for either (As below).

Also from Company Snapshot on Customers or Payments Tab choose Add Content and add all the views. Then you can choose any Customer or supplier for a full set of info. Thirdly from the same area you were before choose the Transactions Tab and just select say Invoices and Filter by Open Invoices or Unpaid Invoices and then choose the period you want to display. The best way to get familiar is to these is to try a few things and see. You can easily just close something if you aren't sure, None of these will affect your data. They just show it in different ways.
