I have a Euro bill I want to pay using USD. How can this be done?

I'm using premier accountant edition 2015.  Trying to pay a Euro bill using USD from USD bank account.  A message comes up with 'you can only pay using home currency'.  There has to be a way to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    My home currency is dollar, my company received supplies from someone in Euro and now my company have settled that bill in USD. How should I deal with this one?
