When starting a budget from scratch, but using the profit & loss data from previous years, can you remove line items that you know won't reoccur?

    Yes Nadine.  Just replace any prior year figures with a blank, rather than a zero.  You can change the first column to blank and then use the "copy across" function to copy that blank cell to every other cell on the same line.

    Hi John So if I do that will those lines be automatically removed?

    Yes Nadine - as long as the cells are blank and do not have any figures such as a zero.
