Historical Share Prices Not Updating

Since updating the Reckon Home and Business Software to the new 2018 version the historical share prices for the ASX shares I have are not being updated, the One Step Update Summary stating "none of the Securities were recognised". Can Reckon/Someone advise what the solution is to fix this problem

    Hi Ralph, there are a number of threads on this community in regards to share prices.  Maybe search for them to see your exact situation as there have been numerous resolves; but it does depend what your exact cicumstances are.
