Which format to select from Commonwealth Bank transactions export page to import into Reckon Account

Dear Sir/MadamCan you help me please?
I wish to import transactions from my Commonwealth Bank (CB) account into Quicken.
I have latest version of Reckon Accounts Personal Plus (2018).
The CB export transactions page gives me the following options to select.
OFX (MYOB, MS Money,
Quicken 2005 and later),
QIF (MYOB),
QIF (Quicken AUS, 2004 and earlier),
QIF (Quicken US, 2014 and earlier).
Please advise which CB option I should select to export the transactions from CB so that I can import them into my version of Reckon Accounts.

Hi Lurline
Use the QIF file format. That's the only 'import' option the program allows you.

Hi Andrew

Thanks for your reply, but as per my email there are three QIF choices in the Commonwealth Bank transaction export as follows,

QIF (MYOB),
QIF (Quicken AUS, 2004 and earlier),
QIF (Quicken US, 2014 and earlier)

So which QIF option do I choose? I assume not the Quicken US option, but then which out of the other two for my case using the current version of Quicken?

I use the 'QIF (Quicken AUS, 2004 and earlier)' not MYOB
