Statements on Hosted - Transaction information problem

Hi,
We run Accounts Hosted program.
For the past couple of months when printing statements the information in the transaction column is showing strange characters and information regarding the invoice.
All I want to show is the invoice number and any payments received.
I cant seem to find a way to get rid of all this information.
Please help!

Untick "show tax invoice item details on statement" right side of create statements, Also, select "all open transactions as of statement date" at the top if not already doing so.

Hello,
I have the same problem with my statements on Hosted.
Some of my statements are 6 pages long as they include way too much detail from the invoice.
I have tried the suggestions above but so far no change.

Has anyone found a fix for this problem?
