Payroll not calculating for Casuals

I have this issue in reckon accounts. I cant get the payroll to calculate for casuals. What am i doing wrong Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Payroll tax not calculating correctly..

    Hello Cas,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Please check the payroll item setup for the employees not calculating properly,  Where the error relates only to the calculation of PAYG tax, check whether their earnings are above the tax free threshold.
