Does Invoice from Wotif has GST in it? It says 'tax and fees included'.

  They refuse to give any Tax invoice. They said what I see in email is what I get .

  Well then it appears you are stuck. Perhaps you should stop dealing with them.

  The invoice should state that it is "Tax Invoice".  Refer them to the ATO  web site for requirements:
