how do I prevent a previous bookeeper from logging in?

Hi, I  have recently changed bookkeepers & to save confusion I wanted to delete her log in so I can add my new Bookeeper to my file.

    If you change your password to Hosted she cannot get access. Unless she has her own Hosted access and you have shared the file with her. In which case you should unshare the file immediately. Have you got a password on the Reckon file? You should have. Also you should delete the access to the Reckon file. Thanks for the question Kevin t:0407744914
