portfolio not updating after new transactions

38 share portfolio not updating transactions using accounts personal plus 2017, with windows 10 and google chrome

it isr ely weird.
I had 4 new transactions in february that recorded in transactions, but not in portfolio.
march transactions all recorded in portfolio.
So I changed the company code from TNE to TNE 1 and same for other shares and they all recorded in portfolio as well as transactions..
I had cancelled the transactions several times and re-entered them , but still nothing in portfolio til I changed their codes- no longer able to use auto update though, but I gave that away as not worth paying $129 for updating auto.

no and not sure what it means- but It does balance now with commsec totals.
the trouble is portfolio doesn't recognize TNE, GMG< SSM only as TNE1 GMG1 SSM10 -

THANKS AGAIN- ALL GOOD , BUT CRAZY RE LABELLING SHARES PROBLEM
