Updated Reckon Accounts from 2018 to 2019. Now unable to save to PDF, get this error:
Problem: Reckon Accounts could not save your form as a PDF file.
Do one or more of the following:
- Trying saving the form again
- Close all other open programs and then try to save the form again
- If the form does not display correctly in print preview, this could indicate a printing problem.
I am able to print an invoice with no issues. I am able to email the invoice from Reckon Accounts and it will attach the PDF to the email correctly. Issue is only when try to save to PDF
Any ideas?

I am working around this at the moment by just printing to a PDF printer. But little things like this seem to pop up every time we do an update0

how do you print to a PDF printer?

You can add a printer to Windows which takes anything you print to it and converts it to at PDF document. A free program that will do this CutePDF Writer http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp. It is just a program that does it, not a physical printer0
