STP and ATO

STP 2019 has been finalised and now "Tax Ready". However there is 1 weeks pay that has popped up which relates to the 1st week of July 18 year waiting to be made Tax Ready. How do I get rid of it.  I notice the BMS ID is different to the others too. Also balancing back to Auskey the last 2 pays don't show but the mygov amount is correct as per my  payroll summary

    hmm.. can you post any screen shots?  The terminology you are using doesn't sound like Reckon Hosted?
