Does anyone use the job costing feature in Reckon desktop and cost in labour without using the inbuilt Reckon payroll?

Looking for other potential options to cost in the labour and change our payroll system as at present when we process the payrun in reckon payroll it automatically pushes the costs to the job costing report per job.

Any help is appreciated as we want to move away from Reckon payroll.
