G11 Not Populating on BAS

On my BAS Report, G11 is empty but it should have figures included. It will not allow me to open the G11 box so I can not add the tax codes that are relevant. The refund amount at 1B is however populated with the correct figure....

Hi Glen,

Thank you for your post.

Could you please click on G11 button and make sure that the necessary tax codes are selected ?? Could you please also check that you have selected the correct period for BAS Reporting? This is available under config button. Also Please verify that you have got transactions with those tax codes in reckon accounts.

If you are reporting using Simpler BAS, this is one of the figures that no longer gets reported.

When you configure the BAS just untick the Simpler BAS box and it will work fine

Sort of defeats the whole purpose of Simpler BAS which the ATO allows for small business with the prime purpose of having to report less information.
