Print errer in newly downloaded 2020 Account Desktop

Just downloaded 2020 upgrade and working fine until printing then get the problem from a few years ago where it gives a window print error - file exisits

I rang tech support and got the answer. It had happened in a previous version also so I was not surprised by the fix. Although surprised it came back again.
You need to search the QB program files and find both - qbprint.qbp & wpr.ini
Once you find them you need to delete them and then restart the computer.
I'm not a tech person so am only passing on what worked for me this time and also a couple of years ago.
Have kept a note now if it should ever happen again
Would be better if they just fixed the bug before releasing an update
