Elite Trial Package

Tried to download the Elite trial package but cannot open accounting or tax modules. The practice mgt downloaded. Set up a client and details entered disappeared

I have deleted the ledger and tax packages and downloaded them again. when opened they install but will not open to view. They continually want to re-install each time the program is selected. I am a potential new customer and am disappointed at this time. I will hopefully talk to somebody on Monday to get a solution. As a small practitioner these days I was looking to reduce my software cost. I have changed software providers before and it is a painful exercise so I need to be convinced a change to Reckon is not jumping into the fire
