Reckon does not support importing invoices?

I am working for a client that is trying to import invoices into reckon using the iif format. I have just had a very frustrating conversation with reckon support (Australia) who said that they do not support that. In fact he said the only way to get an invoice into Reckon was to type it. Is that correct?

I have invoices going in, about 80% correct. I have an issue with GST (Sales tax in Australia) and dates on line items, but most of the rest is working.

Does anyone have a sample iif for a sales invoice (service) for Australia?
