not sure how to fix the following problem 'the report you requested is too large too display'

Hi Barbara. I had this same problem about last week. Even though I had set the option to print to 1 page wide, it did not work. What I did then was to narrow the columns and after I did this, it worked. The other option (not sure what you set) is to have the report print more than 1 page wide and then see what happens.

Hello John thank you for your response, I have been trying to load a 'Quantity by employee' report but it does not even load it just comes up with the error 'the report you requested is too large and can not be displayed'

Barbara. I recall now that whilst I could actually run my report, my problem related to printing. All that I can suggest you do is to try and change some of the filters before you run the report and see if that helps. Otherwise, it will be a Reckon Tech call unless somebody else knows how to fix this.
