Missing Annual Leave Hours

One employee has 16 hrs of annual leave missing from last pay run to this one. No annual leave has been entered. Please help ... why has this happened and what can I do to fix it?

It’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without seeing the file but the first thing that comes to mind is that the annual leave balance has been manually edited (reduced) in the employee’s record …
Alternatively, an issue with one of your Payroll Items incorrectly mapped to leave … ?
