In Reckon Accounts why is the PAYG amount increased when super is added to an employers wage calcula

    Look at the super pay item and see if it is set to be Included in tax calculation

    Deidre.  As Kris has suggested, go to the setup for the SGC item..  It sounds like you have put a tick against PAYG Tax on the Taxes tab of the setup.

    Your super item has been setup as taxable. Did you use the default item?

    Thank you for your help all good now.  I have unticked the PAYG and it calculates correctly.
