Urgent: Why do i get error code 13657 20461 and how do i fix it?

Hi there

We are using Reckon Non-Profit edition. It was crashed and shut down when I tried to post a journal. When I tried to log back in again, the following error appears and I can't log in again. Can someone please urgently look into this for us? It's our payroll week and we need the system to be able to work urgently! Thanks!

We can the provide you with additional instructions so we can take a look at the damaged data file.

If you have been backing up the data file regularly, consider restoring the last known good backup file as that may get you able to continue working faster than going through a data file analysis and then a repair.
