How to Install Reckon Small Business 2014 without CD Drive - Download Link Doesn't work

Hello,

Just bought a new laptop without a CD Drive so can't install my Reckon "Small Business Edition 2014"

I searched these forums and thought I had found the answer - with Reckon making it very easy.

So I logged in and went to https://members.reckon.com/Subscription/DownloadSoftware.aspx and there was my software ready to be downloaded. I was able to download everything else (user guide, Superstream Update, GovConnect etc) but the actual software download link doesn't appear to be working.

Am I doing something wrong?

Appreciate any suggestions :)

You may find that its getting old, call Reckon and see if they will extend it, if not call me and i will see what can be done

I tried again this morning and it worked! phew

So all good. Successfully installed on new laptop :)
