Reckon Home Inventory Crashes

I have recently installed Reckon Home Inventory, when I try to launch it I get an error message "QHIM.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I am now running Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2021, home Inventory ran OK when I was running Reckon Personal Plus 2020 on another computer.
