Tag List is blank

Hi,

I have just upgraded from Quicken 2004 Cashbooks to Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2021. Huge learning curve happening here. First problem is to use the business tags. I've allocated several tags - but the Tag List is blank. Also when-ever entering a tag into a transaction - the tag field stays blank after entering the transaction.

I know the tags are there - as if I try to create the same tag - a warning screen identifies the tag is already in use and to create a different name.

Why is the tag list blank? What do I need to change to make them visable?
