We have customers that have more then one location so we've set them up separately in Reckon Hosted - how can I link them together so we can have an accurate sales reports etc?

Create a single customer - called "xyz p/l".
Then make each location a job under this customer e.g. xyz p/l:melbourne, xyz p/l sydney etc
The jobs (locations) can have separate addresses to each other and to Head Office
Jobs might work. Or you could use classes. It depends on what you need the information for.
In my experience Jobs are better suited to work for customers or suppliers because they can be tailored for each specific supplier/customer whereas Classes apply across the whole data file.
Consequently I use Classes to distinguish how things operate within my business typically to identify operating divisions. These could be geographical eg Vic, NSW or product eg for a construction company residential or commercial
