separate USER login?

I am the Treasurer for our community choir. When I am on holiday, I want my Assistant Treasurer to operate the account as a defined USER. However, I do not wish to divulge my Admin login password to them. So how do they login with their own login user name and password, to get access to the choir account and operate it as the defined USER?

You set up Users within the Company File itself:

Company (dropdown menu) > Users > Set up Users & Roles

Go to Company Setup Users and roles, add new user and create name and password. Select what areas of the file you want to allow her access. Then test it by logging on under the name and make sure there’s nothing she can access that you don’t want her to
