I have been using Home and Business 2011 for many years, but recently my hard disk crashed and I now want to reinstall it. Reckon Support have sent me the .exe file which I have downloaded and unzipped, but it comes up with Error 5 .\HAB\DISK1\setup.exe
How do I resolve this?
