STP ERROR MESSAGES

When trying to lodge an STP event I get the following message when lodgement failed -

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it

    You need to ring tech support. Or you could try to work out what field is missing. In my case it was the business email address. Thanks for your question. And have a nice day
