Error messages

I have a new computer and uninstalled Personal Plus 2021 on the old machine and uploaded it to the new machine, restored the files from the backup and it all works - except for doing a backup when I get an Error Code 7009 or printing a report and get an Error Code 6942. I opened the sample fine and backs up as it should. Thanks for your help. Kate
