Reckon PP 2021 Problems recording share transactions

I have just upgraded to PP 21.

I have entered a new security.

When I open the Transactions Window for a brokerage account, this security does not appear in the dropdown list.  I try and enter the security but am informed that this security already exits.

When I check in the Securities list - there it is. But, I can't get in into the transactions window for a purchase or sale.

Any ideas?
