How to transfer Reckon Accounts EasyStart: first business Edition 2014 info from old laptop to new

Hi all,

I am looking to transfer my reckon account from my old laptop to my new one and I am not 100% computer savy. Would really appreciate your help. Thanks. Also I keep getting an error message coming up saying "failed to open licence centre template file." What does this mean? Thanks, Jen

I doubt very much that you will be able to reinstall this on your new laptop as older versions are no longer able to be activated.
