We would like to attach back up to invoices in Accounts Premier 2021 to avoid digging through paperwork years later. Is this possible?

Not too sure exactly what you mean .. Do you mean a Backup of your Company File or are you wanting to attach a saved copy of an invoice (eg PDF, Word etc) ???

This is a new feature introduced in the latest (2021 R2) version! It's not the actual file itself but the link (or 'shortcut' to it) that can now be attached & these attachment links can be added to List Names as well as Transactions 😊

Thank you! I had been trying using the 'link' but assumed it might be a hyperlink. All good now, we will copy and paste!

I don’t think you can copy and paste, the last time I investigated this it’s only a link to a file on your computer or Dropbox or something similar. In Quickbooks online you can put a copy of the PDF attached to each bill but it’s not the same in Reckon

I think the confusion is that the "link" process allows you to copy & paste the file path of the document you're linking.
