We use RA Enterprise 2021 and generate monthly statements. I wanted to know if there is a setting I can change/use ..... to show the payments made from the customer on the statements?! Thanks.
Yes, it sounds like you have it set as "All open transactions ..." which - if allocated - means payments won't display.
To see payments AND billing, you need to choose the Statement Period date range which will then display ALL transactions within that timeframe:
