in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi

My computer crashed and I have had to reload Reckon 2015. It is telling me that I have to do updates which I haven't been able to acheive.

I can't find the chain but Snappy has had experience with this as seen in that chain.

Any assistance?
