In updating from reckons 2016 to reckons 2017 I have lost a considerable amount of data, any help in recovering it would be greatly appreciated.
Did you have any backups?
it appears that I haven't, I just followed the email instructions from Reckons and that made no mention of back up for the update,
I think I have it sorted, thanks for your input.
Glad you got it sorted but you should be backing your file up daily or after a big session. I always used to say that when you got to the point of finishing and thought - ‘I’d hate to have to do that again’ it’s time to backup
