License renewal activation

Is anyone able to tell me how we activate our software after paying our license renewal please?
Paid on March 7 via EFT and have not had any communication from Reckon acknowledging payment. Software now asking to be activated and of course being 3 hours behind the east coast everyone has gone for the weekend.

have you tried activating online from within the program?

Don’t be silly, we all do that, well I certainly do, often. Mental blank! Glad you got it sorted
