Re-Hire terminated employee
I have been trying to re-hire a terminated employee using the instructions previously mentioned, however, when I highlight the Wizard the reinstate employee button is greyed out.
Can you please let me know what the solution is?

Is there an original release/termination date in the employee record?

yes there is the termination date

Hmm … that’s strange then. Did you do the original termination via the wizard or just enter the termination date manually? Without looking at it, it’s difficult to determine the problem.

Hi Shaz I found that if I take out the Termination Date it works.

Good to hear it's working - that's strange though.
Make sure you Verify your company file under File dropdown menu > Utilities), then also run the Rebuild Data (same section) THREE times. (For some reason 3 x Rebuilds fixes a lot of issues!)
