restoring QBW files to Reckon Accounts Premier 2021

I have installed Reckon Accounts Premier 2021 and am trying to restore QBW files backed up on USB drive. When asked where to restore to the File Quickbooks is the default. When saving it states the file already exists and asks if I want to replace it. When yes is chosen it says the file is set to read-only and to try again with a different name. Any advice as to how to restore these files please?

Go to the file you are replacing, right click and select properties, untick read only, then restore
