link supplier to expense acct

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

When I enter bills and choose the supplier (Heinz Lawyers), the expense account (Professional fees: legal fees) with associated tax automatically shows up which helps save time.

Recently, the associated expense account does not show up so I have to now manually go to account column and select the expense account.

I have circled the bit that does not automatically show up

Is there anyway of linking them back up?

    I believe it may have been recalling a previous transaction to that supplier and entering the expense account automatically- not because itโ€™s linked to the individual supplier.
