Can Quicken alter the scheduled bill total for a credit card to the amount you have just reconciled or does this have to be done manually

I tried to call and it would not connect.
What I mean is when you reconcile a credit card account and you get the final balance owing from the statement can this new total show automatically in the scheduled bill and deposits tab or does it have to be manually input.
as per the screen shot below if you put full balance it would pay the unreconciled amounts in the credit card,
the other estimate from last also does not give the reconciled total of the account statement.

It hasn't been called Quicken for a decade. And why do you want to alter a bill? Just create a credit on the account when you pay it. Call me if you need help with this

If you have reconciled the credit card and it asked if you want to schedule a bill for payment- you can find the bill and change it I’m sure, although I haven’t used this feature. You could also see if it’s in memorised transactions
