ETP amounts not showing when I try to lodge the STP Phase 1 pay run

Hi,

I have just made two redundancy payments in Reckon Hosted. They have Lump Sum D & A. When I print off their payment summary in Reckon, it shows all of the correct amounts, but when I try to lodge the STP Pay run it doesn't show these amounts. The total Gross is $36,128, but it has left out the 'In Lieu of Notice Period' and 'Tax Free Redundancy' portions to only show the Gross as $12,758.

I have terminated and released the employee's and entered everything within the one payment.

Is it ok that it isn't showing up in the STP lodgement? Or how do I get it to show up? I have even logged out and back in to see if the terminations weren't updated, but that hasn't worked either.

Please help! I need to lodge the STP today (29/06/2023) as I made the payment today and then I will need to lodge the EOY STP on Monday...

@Retreev It won't display on that main screen because that is only populated by STP2 data - You need to click on the Detail link to view the individual employee totals 😊

The main screen in the STP portal only shows the summary but if you click on the Detail link next to the employee, this will show these sections. Are the amounts displaying correctly there ?

Make sure the Lump Sum A Payroll Item in Hosted is mapped to Lump Sum A [R] & the In Lieu of Notice is mapped to Lump Sum D

Thanks for your reply, but I have looked at the detail and it's not showing.

I set the accounts up in the Payroll list and they are mapped to the correct Lump Sum A (R) & D. I assume it's only under the 'Tax Tracking Type' when I set up the payroll item that it needs to be mapped to Lump Sum A or D there. If so, that is what I have done. But unfortunately when I download the file into STP, it isn't showing those figures.

I have attached a screenshot of the STP details and the payroll summary details to show the difference.

Oh sorry, I missed the detail within the detail! It's there and it looks to be all correct.
