Hi,
I have just made two redundancy payments in Reckon Hosted. They have Lump Sum D & A. When I print off their payment summary in Reckon, it shows all of the correct amounts, but when I try to lodge the STP Pay run it doesn't show these amounts. The total Gross is $36,128, but it has left out the 'In Lieu of Notice Period' and 'Tax Free Redundancy' portions to only show the Gross as $12,758.
I have terminated and released the employee's and entered everything within the one payment.
Is it ok that it isn't showing up in the STP lodgement? Or how do I get it to show up? I have even logged out and back in to see if the terminations weren't updated, but that hasn't worked either.
Please help! I need to lodge the STP today (29/06/2023) as I made the payment today and then I will need to lodge the EOY STP on Monday...
