I have renewed my Reckon licence and received the receipt, but my software says it has expired. I have taken this week off to finalise my tax and can't do anything. Not happy!

    You have to logon to reckon members with your customer number and pin, and download the latest version and installation key. Then install

    @855622 The software subscription is an annual licence only.

    Your renewal each year gives you access to download & install the latest version (as per Kris's info above) 😊
