Trail Balance displaying sub-accounts

For some unknown reason my Trial Balance report is now displaying with all sub-accounts preceded by the main account title.  Previously the report displayed with the main account at the top and the sub-accounts displayed underneath.  I have tried the collapse expand button at the top of the screen, but it does nothing. Does anyone how to rectify?

    Which Product are you using in the business range and which year, i.e premier, pro, contractor 13-14, 14-15?

    Hi I have similar issue after upgrading to Reckons Accounts Enterprise 2023. Can someone suggest how to rectify this?

    @Harshad This is normal for the Trial Balance report display. The P&L & Balance Sheet will show the accounts in hierarchal view but not the Trial Balance.

    Hi Shaz Thanks for the reply. In Reckon 2022 i never had this issue but only after upgrading to 2023. Isn't there any way to fix this in TB?
